The LOG view is where you log both foods and workouts.
1. Click the "+" button & choose food or workout
Choosing the meal to add your foods to:
-Click the time at the top of the screen
-Choose the meal you'd like to log your foods to
(this meal is where the food + amount will show up on the main log view & on the "Today" view, which is on your profile)
Click on a food to enter the logging view (shown on the left)
-Choose a unit and then the amount. The numerical display will update as you change them.
-Click "Log Food" to add the food to your log
-click the box to the right of the shopping list text
-This adds the food + the amount to your shopping list
-Turn the favorite switch on to mark a food as your favorite
-You can filter the food database to show only foods you've marked as favorites
Swipe the weight progress bar left or right to reveal the slider for logging your body weight
Every "current" entry is stored on the "today" view and log view at the bottom under "Weight"
Swipe the nutrition progress bar to the right to reveal 3 circular graphics displaying the percent of macro nutrients consumed per day.
-this updates throughout the day as you log foods
